Today is my first snow day as a working person. Both roads I could possibly use to get to my place of employment are shut down. I called my boss from inside my car this morning telling him I was stuck in my parking space at my apartment and he informed me of the roads being so closed. How did my boss get to work on time I wondered? Come to find out he slept at work last night. He said don't worry about coming in. So I won't. I will stay in and enjoy the delicious lunch I had made for myself.
It is times like these when I picture the dock in Georgia.....If there is one image in my mind that I use to make things seem warmer, that dock would be it. Any picture of Georgia seems better than some of the photos I took this morning.
Anyways, Happy Valentine's Day for all you who have valentine's and be careful on the roads if you have to go out for some reason.
